it already feels so quiet in here...

All Good Things...as they say--

Well Rogues, it's the end of an era--one in which I have been honored to be a part, one that I have cherished weekly for years. Considering that, I think this week should be a retrospective. Bring something(s) from long ago (whether a year or 3, it doesn't matter)--and try to bring something(s) new, too. Unless it's just miserably hot, let's meet at Woodward so we have plenty of room to frolic. Let's do this at 2:00p. I am warning you: I am already having emotional DIFFICULTIES with thoughts of this. I may or may not get snotty nosed and sentimental...FAIR NOTICE!

Over the past 7 years, our little family of kindred spirits expanded and matured. The Rogues. It started back with Bailey C. and April, Deena, Katrina, Raul, and carried down with Jenny, Jessie, Casey Shy, Tina, KT, Joe, Margaret, Bailey Ninjaface, Casey Johnson--and others who were with us briefly. What an amazing run. What a gift.

OK. Here's a new post for us to comment. KT, Bailey & I are the only ones who have commented about this week's roguing and no one has suggested anything definite--I mean, I said "let's do something unconventional" and Bailey said, "a cemetery?" (not direct quotes; get over it) It's Thursday night and we got nuffin': No plan. If there's enough interest, let's get something decided. Otherwise, it's next Friday...our LAST ever regular Rogue meeting/reading. *sigh*

I am sorry I canceled Rogue yesterday. I acted irrationally out of sudden frustration, irritation, and disappointment in Joe's forgetting our event. It upset me, and I should have just cooled off for some minutes before making the call. I probably would have centered myself and been more "whutevs". Sigh. I really am sorry I canceled.

And in case this has all confused KT: i can has u furgiff mai pore jujmint an oburreakshun?

Whoever is in town: Wanna try for the movie again Friday? There's a 1:55 showing and a 3:55...??? Can I tempt you with POPCORN? SODIE POPZ?
